Calculation of heatsink
P = DT / [RTH(j-c) + RTH(c-a)]

P = Expressed in W
DT = Difference between maximum working temperature (155°C) and room temperature
RTH(j-c) = Thermal resistance of the component
RTH(c-a) = Thermal resistance of the heatsink and quality of fastening device

Example:
Ambient temperature 30°C, Power Rating: 10W
1) P = DT / [RTH(j-c) + RTH (c-a)]
2) DT = 155°C - 30°C = 125K
3) [RTH(j-c) + RTH (c-a)] = DT / P = 125K / 10W = 12,5K/W4) RTH (c-a) = 12,5K/W - 4,2K/W = 8,3K/W
