Innoventions DDR adapter is the modular solution for testing 184-pin DDR-SDRAM-DIMMs with RAMCHECK. The RC184DDR-PRO adapter tests the DDR-SDRAM-DIMMs under real operating conditions when they are inserted in servers and PCs.
Supported modules are PC3700, PC3200, PC3200, PC2700 and PC2100 and PC1600 modules (also known as DDR466/433/400/333/266/200), as well as unbuffered and registered DDR-DIMMs in compliance with current JEDEC-standards, ECC, as well as non-ECC.
Adapter and test objects are automatically detected by the tester as well as module type structure and size. The test flow follows the standard basic test, extensive test and auto-loop process.
